Kevin is an equity member of the firm and has been practicing law since 1991. Kevin represents and advises clients in all aspects of the property tax system, including appeals, incentives, exemptions, and general tax counseling. Kevin’s focus is in Illinois, but he also represents the Firm’s clients in multiple Midwestern states.
Before joining the firm in 2003, Kevin was Assistant Counsel to the Speaker of the Illinois House of Representatives. He served in the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant Associate Attorney General and a Special Assistant to the Assistant Attorney General. Kevin was an Assistant Attorney General in the Illinois Attorney General's Office, as well as an attorney with a large national law firm.
