Mike Heaton has more than 35 years of experience representing Fortune 500 corporations, industrial and commercial interests, apartment owners, and real estate developers in property tax planning and appeals before the local Assessors and Boards of Review.

He also advises clients on the application and implementation of County tax incentives and property tax abatements. Mike works directly with clients to make the appeal processes and procedures transparent, while providing tax projections and tax savings reports crucial for business planning.
