Eduardo G. Martinez joined O’Keefe Lyons & Hynes as an attorney focusing on real estate property tax appeals. He previously was a Law Clerk with the City of Chicago Department of Law. In that position he drafted legal documents to support the city’s efforts to enforce building code violations. He also was involved in researching statutes and case law regarding tax deed issues and reviewing property titles in building code compliance matters. Martinez previously completed two internships with Montes & Associates, a law firm in Chicago.
